Once capacity is reached, discounted tables will no longer be available. However, if you apply, our team will contact you about opportunities for our next event.

If your application is selected, you will be notified via email. Please note that notifications may come as late as two weeks before the event, at which point all packages will likely be sold out.

All discounted tables will receive the Exhibitor Standard Package, which includes:

• One (1) 4ft table with tablecloth

• Two (2) chairs

• Two (2) Exhibitor Passes

• Listing in the Directory

• One (1) copy of the printed Directory

There will be no distinction between discounted and full-price exhibitor tables, and no language will indicate that your package was discounted.
