GENERAL FAQS

  • Revelry Buyers’ Club is a one-day-only exclusive B2B cannabis trade show.

    Buyers’ Club is the most concentrated gathering of licensed New York retailers, cultivators, processors, brands, and ancillary providers.

    This is an industry-only event.

    **All exhibitors and attendees must apply or be invited, making the show exclusively for serious industry players.

    • Thursday, May 30th, 2024

    • 11:00am - Doors Open

    • 4:00pm - Happy Hour

    • 6:00pm - Event Ends

  • BY AMTRAK

    The Hudson Amtrak Hudson (HUD) station is almost directly across the street from Basilica Hudson.

    • Please check Amrak schedule here.

    From New York City area (NYP),

    • The Ride is a little more than 2 hours

    • First Train Departs: 7:15am

    • Last Train Returns: 8:03pm

    From Albany area (ALB)

    • The ride is a little less than 1.5 hrs

    • First Train Departs: 5:55am

    • Last Train Returns: 6:35pm

    From Buffalo area (BFX)

    • The ride is a little more than 6 hrs

    • First Train Departs: 4:18am

    • Last Train Returns: 3:22pm

    From Northeast counties (PLB)

    • Only one train in and out of Hudson and the ride is a little more than 5 hrs.

    • Train Departs: 2:45pm

    • Train Returns: 10:52am the next day

    BY CAR

    • If coming from New York City area, the drive is almost 3 hours.

    • If coming from the Empire/Albany area, the drive is 45 mins to an hour.

    • If coming from Cayuga Lake/Tompkins County area, the drive may be faster than the bus or train as it’s more direct and is 2.5 - 3.5 hours.

    • If coming from Buffalo area, the drive is 5 - 6 hrs

    • If coming from Northeast counties, it is probably best to drive as only one train departs and returns to the area. The drive is 3 - 4 hours.

  • As a reminder, we are unable to provide accommodations for this event. However, we’d like to share some possible lodging options all within walking distance of Basilica Hudson.

  • Revelry is maintaining as much compliance as possible in this grey area of regulations.

    • DISPLAY: All exhibitors are allowed to display cannabis.

    • GIFTING: THC gifting and sampling is only allowed for “BUYER” badges.

    • “BUYER” badges represent retail licensee owners/buyers.

    • CONSUMPTION: The venue is consumption-friendly, so please keep consumption in the designated areas.

    • There is no smoking/combustion of any kind in the exhibitor hall.

    • Vape-pulling/sampling by vape is allowed in the exhibitor hall.

    • Please consume responsibly and comply with the consumption laws as per the state of New York.

  • Yes!

    If you want to assign a different name to the passes, you must do so in Easol, the ticketing platform

    1. Create an account.

    2. Log into the account

    3. Change the name(s) for the passes.

BUYER FAQS

  • Get ready for Buyers’ Club with pro insights from existing New York retailers:

    • In order to receive your complimentary passes, you will first need to register as a retailer. Click here to register. Once you register.

    • After completing your registration, you'll be directed to a screen where you can access your complimentary passes.

    • Certainly! When you proceed to checkout, you'll find the “Add On” option to buy additional passes at a significantly discounted rate.

    • We are currently working on getting luxury charter buses to transport retailers to and from Manhattan.

    • To ensure compliance, only holders of retail licenses are eligible to acquire Buyer Passes.

    • Retail applicants who are awaiting review and not yet licensed can register to purchase Industry GA passes here.

  • Get ready for Buyers’ Club with pro insights from existing New York retailers:

    • 8am-10:30am - Load-In

    • 10:30am - Setup Complete

    • 11:00am - Doors Open

    • 4:00pm - Happy Hour

    • 6:00pm - Load-Out

  • They will be onsite. Depending on your exhibitor package, the following will be ready upon your arrival.

    EXHIBITORS

    • One (1) 4ft x 2ft table

    • Black tablecloth

    • Two (2) chairs

    EXHIBITOR PLUS & EXHIBITOR PREMIUM

    • One (1) 6ft x 3ft table

    • Black tablecloth

    • Two (2) chairs

    • We will post the Exhibitor Map and your table location at a later date in May.

    • Each Exhibitor Package comes will a number of included exhibitor passes.

    • To secure a spot as an exhibitor, you must first register. Click here to register.

    • After completing your registration, you'll be directed to a screen where you can select your Exhibitor Package.

    • Certainly! When you proceed to checkout, you'll find the “Add On” option to buy additional passes at a significantly discounted rate.

    • Only products manufactured and distributed by a license holder and that have passed testing can be exhibited at Buyers’ Club to be compliant.

    • If you have applied for a license or plan to work with a licensee in the near future, you can still participate with our Startup Exhibitor package. You will not have a table, but we will list you in the Buyers’s Club Directory.

  • The Startup Package is intended for groups who do not yet have products to market but still want to attend and be listed in the Buyers’ Club directory. PLEASE NOTE: There is no tabling involved for Startup.
