GENERAL EVENT INFO

Q: When and where is the event?

The event will be held on Wednesday, May 14th, 2025, from 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM, at Basilica Hudson, 110 Front St., Hudson, NY 12534.

Q: What is the event schedule?

  • Event Start: 11:00 AM

  • Happy Hour: 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM

  • Load-Out: 6:00 PM

  • After Party: 7:00 PM – 9:00 PM

TICKETS & CHECK-IN

Q: How do I check in?

Exhibitors must present a ticket with a QR code (this will be emailed prior to the event) and a valid ID at check-in. 

Q: What if I didn’t receive my ticket?

Q: Can I purchase additional exhibitor passes?

AYes, you can purchase additional passes here.

EXHIBITOR SETUP

Q: What is included with my Exhibitor setup ?

Each package includes: One table with a black tablecloth and chairs. Table dimensions and the number of chairs differ depending on the Exhibitor tier.

Q: Can I bring my own tablecloth or signage?

Yes, tablecloths and additional signage are allowed based on your exhibitor tier. Refer to the Exhibitor Guide for more details.

Q: Are power and wifi is provided??

Power and wifi are only included for Sponsors and Exhibitor Premium. Please bring a portable charger if needed.

BUYERS

Q: How do I get Buyer Passes?

FREE Buyer passes are reserved ONLY for Microbusiness, Dispensary, CAURD, Delivery and Registered Organization license holders of New York State.

You must apply for Buyers’ Passes.

Our team will cross-reference your application with the Office of Cannabis Management list. If approved the On The Revel team will email two passes to the email that submitted the application.

Q: Can I bring additional team members?

Yes, but you must purchase Retailer passes online. You can purchase tickets here.


Q: What’s the difference between Buyer Pass and Retailer Pass?

The Buyer Pass is available by approved application only. It verifies the Buyer and Owner, ensuring that all pass holders have been vetted. Brands may choose to offer product samples exclusively to Buyers Pass holders.

The Retailer Pass confirms that the holder is part of a retail team but is not the company's buyer and has not been vetted. Brands have the discretion to decide whether to provide product samples to Retailer Pass holders.

LOAD-IN & PARKING

Q: What are the load-in hours?

  • Regular Exhibitor load-in is from 8:00 AM – 10:30 AM on Wednesday, May 14th, 2025.

  • Sponsors, please refer to your Sponsorship agreement for buildout and load-in times.

Q: Where do I park?

AUDIENCE & NEWORKING

Q: Who will be at the event?

Over 300 licensed retailers, various press representatives, and industry people will attend. We anticipate 1500 total attendees.

Q: Will I receive a list of attendees?

Exhibitor, Sponsor, and Buyer packages include at least one physical copy of the Buyers’ Club directory, featuring buyer contact details for all retailers and sales contacts for brands and ancillary companies.

*However, a complete list of all attendee contact information will not be shared.


FOOD & CONCESSIONS

Q: Is food available at the event?

Yes, Food Trucks will be vending throughout the event. Concessions will be available for sale, including snacks, and coffee. There will be complimentary food and drink served during Happy Hour.

Q: Can I bring my own food or beverages?

Outside food and beverages are not permitted. However, we recommend bringing a refillable water bottle.

CANNABIS COMPLIANCE

Q: Can I display or sample cannabis at my booth?

Cannabis products can be displayed. Consumption is allowed only in designated areas (smoking/combustion) or indoors (vaping).

Q: What compliance rules should I follow?

All exhibitors must comply with New York State cannabis regulations. Buyers will have a designated badge indicating their status as licensed and vetted buyers, should you choose to provide them with samples.

PROMOTIONAL MATERIALS

Q: Are there promotional graphics I can use?

TRAVEL & LODGING

Q: What are the transportation options?

  • By car: ~3 hours from NYC, ~1 hour from Albany.

  • By charter bus: Free service from NYC (pickup at 11th Ave & 34th St. at 8:00 AM).

  • By train: Amtrak to Hudson Station (across from Basilica Hudson).

Q: Where can I stay during the event?

Recommended options include The Wick, Nest Hudson, Hudson Mariner, Wm. Farmer and Sons, and nearby Airbnbs. We have reserved blocks of rooms with local hotels. Book your Hotel.
